Organic Agave Syrup
Organic Agave Syrup is an all-natural sweetener extracted from the core of the Agave plant. Using a gentle enzymatic process which converts polyfructose into a simple fructose syrup. Agave Syrup is non-crystallizing making it a perfect sweetener for beverages, fresh-fruit, cereals and sauces.
Acting as a humectant, Agave Syrup locks in moisture to enhance texture and extend shelf life in baked goods. Certified Organic by Quality Assurance International.
